Personal Online Banking

  • *Account 2 Account services-transfer between your account at Dilley State Bank and your account at another financial institution
  • Alert Notification services-receive notifications on a variety of scenarios on each one of your accounts by text or email based on the parameters you set
  • Perform additional services online without having to come in to the bank

Mobile Banking

Once enrolled in Personal Online Banking, you can enjoy the benefit of our mobile banking solution. Log in to your Personal Online Banking account, set up your Mobile Banking access, and download the App today!

The TouchBanking Mobile App is available in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Download it on your cell phone by searching “Touchbanking”, and look for the blue and white icon. After you open the new app, enter the App Code: 40pZd3H1. Use your existing Username and Password for online banking to log in. Click on “More” to set up Instant Balances and Touch ID (for Apple users).

Important: This mobile app utilizes your existing User ID and Password for online banking. The mobile app is actually just a convenient access method to your online banking account, and anything you do on one will affect the other.

Mobile Banking will allow you to perform the following functions:

  • Balance and account history
  • *Bill Payment services
  • *Account 2 Account services-transfer between your account at Dilley State Bank and your account at another financial institution
  • View images of cleared checks and deposit slips online

Commercial Online Banking

Dilley State Bank offers Cash Management Services to meet your business needs. A written agreement is required for these services. You may visit our office to complete an agreement.

  • Small Business Bill Payment Services
  • Positive Pay services
  • Online Wire Transfer Services
  • Alert Notification services-receive notifications on a variety of scenarios on each one of your accounts by text or email based on the parameters you set
  • Perform additional services online without having to come in to the bank

Additional fees apply to Positive Pay Services, Online Wire Transfer Services, and Small Business Bill Payment Services. These services also require additional documentation and agreements. Please call our Online Banking Department for more details.

Telephone Banking

For those times when you do not have your smart phone, tablet, or computer handy to access Online Banking options, you can call our Telephone Banking System to assist you 24 hours a day.
